As president of Professional Tax Institutes, Inc., Randy has been in public practice for more than four decades, just finishing his 46th tax season. He is a graduate of Kansas State University, enrolled to practice before the IRS and holds all four ACAT credentials. Randy is a managing director at Sink Gordon Accountants & Advisors, LLP in Manhattan, KS, as well as the office manager of the firm’s branch in Clay Center, KS. Randy has lectured nationally for more than 20 years.
The fall of 2026 will be Randy's 32st year to be part of a radio broadcast team covering local high school sports. He is an avid outdoorsman and sportsman, serves his church and community, and treasures time at home whenever he can get it.
His wife, Suzi recently retired from the Kansas House of Representatives, where she served following a 21-year Municipal Judge career. Randy and Suzi have three grown children in Kansas and Illinois and three granddaughters, ages 13, 10, and 5.
